my name is katie getz, and i live with my hubs & 3 kiddos in central wi. we love God & are doing our best to serve him in our little corner of the world. ever since we were newlyweds we have talked about international adoption as an option. this past year we've taken the leap to step forward, and are excited & terrified at the rollercoaster it is...but are so grateful to know we're right where God wants us.
as we save our money to adopt & fundraise, we are figuring out ways to do some major life changes that God's been convicting me to do...and i'm inviting you along. here are some of the things we're trying to tackle:
* live with less
* spend in ways that are helpful (instead of hurtful)
* reuse what we can & thrift
* save more so that we can give more to those in need
* engage our children so they know the real world & have a heart for justice
we mess up. A LOT. and i'll be honest along the way. but that's what God's grace is about.
